Recommended purpose: 
Helps to maintain and support cardiovascular health. When used as a preventive agent, it helps to improve triglycerides and high cholesterol.
Suggested use: 
Adults take 3 capsules daily.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have diabetes, if you are taking blood pressure medication, if you are taking protease inhibitors, if migraine frequency increases, and associated nausea and vomiting persist or worsen, if you are taking antidepressant medications, or if you are taking digoxin. 
Do not use if you are taking blood thinners.Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur in rare cases, in which case, discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place.
